Passionate about photography since I was 15, when I received a Praktica Super TL3 SLR camera and its array of lenses as a gift, I have continued to be interested in the world around me over the years.

Family, local communities, travel in France and abroad, and family events have all provided opportunities to capture the world around us.
 

What we call the photographer's eye slowly developed as a self-taught artist, until about twelve years ago I joined the long and short photography courses at the CAPV (Center for Plastic and Visual Arts) in Lille. Projects, notes of intent, critical thinking, questioning, and doubts have all become part of my photographic spirit.

Regional workshops, setting up my own darkroom over the years for film work, and my digital lab have given me more and more autonomy and a desire to go even further. Reaching the end of my career in information technology, this passion has found an essential asset to develop it: time.

Time to pursue projects, personal or otherwise, because above all, the photographic image is a means of sharing... from its concept, its construction, and its completion.
